For manual data imports, what are the needed prerequisites in order for the data to provide value/interpretable information?

It is important the data has daily values over an extended period of time. If the data only has a total amount over a period of time, the usability and readability—especially in terms of reading correlations out of the data—will become very difficult.

How many team members can use the tool and what can/can’t they see?

The invited team members all have the same views on nexoya. This increases transparency in the team and simplifies collaboration.

If you want to share a certain report in the tool with someone, you can do this with the presenter mode.

How do I add a new team member?

Click on the gear wheel in the top right-hand corner. Under the Team Members tab, below the previously clicked gear wheel, a green button will appear that says “Invite Member”. A pop-up window will open for you to provide the email address and name of the person you are adding.

How do I connect a new tool to nexoya? What kind of access/rights do I need to have?

The connection for the majority of the tools is very straight forward. Within the settings/integrations, the user can turn on the connection to a specific tool and will then be reconnected to an authorization window from that specific tool.

Exceptions for this are the Apple Store, Google Play, HubSpot and SAP Marketing Cloud. In order to connect these, just shoot us a short message/line of text and we will prepare the connection for you.

If you have a tool we currently do not have an adaptor for, let us know, as we are constantly adding more adaptors to our tool.

What do I do if something isn’t working?

Take a screenshot of the error message (it is important to get the entire URL and window into the screenshot). Send us the screenshot with a short description of when, where, how and what you were doing when the error occurred. This will help us to further make improvements in the tool. Thank you. 🙂

Can I test nexoya?

Yes, you can trial the nexoya platform for 14 days. We will schedule a short onboarding with you to get you started and to set up example reports, campaigns, etc., in the tool.

What do I need to do in order to get full benefits/advantages from the usage of nexoya?

Unfortunately, only connecting your tools to the nexoya app will not create business-changing factors, though it is for sure the foundation of doing so. The difficulty starts a level before that. It is very important that within all the tools/applications the consumer uses naming conventions that are common to the entire team. This allows for much easier association with specific marketing efforts.

What are the Business Review Sessions all about?

The Business Review Sessions in combination with the nexoya tool allow the customer to become data-driven and make data-driven decisions. If questions occur on your side, send them to our Customer Team before the review and we will make sure to address them within our session.

How do I find the right KPIs for a specific campaign (for example, Black Friday?)

We are constantly working to improve the nexoya tool search function. If you are looking for a specific campaign, it is important to have the name of the specific campaign at hand, as this will allow the search process to be quicker. Moreover, adding the specific tool from which the KPI is searched for further shortens the process.
