Bring your Nexoya marketing data and insights into the AI assistants you already use.
With the Nexoya MCP connector, you can connect Nexoya to Claude, ChatGPT, or Microsoft Copilot and use your AI assistant to explore portfolios, campaign performance, attribution results, and optimization proposals.
This gives you another way to work with your Nexoya data. Nexoya remains the place to manage and optimize your marketing, while MCP brings your Nexoya insights into the AI workflows you already use.

What is MCP?
MCP, or Model Context Protocol, is an open standard that allows AI assistants to securely connect to external tools and data sources.
Nexoya provides an MCP server that makes selected Nexoya data and functionality available to compatible AI assistants.
Once connected, you can ask your assistant questions about your Nexoya data and have it help you analyze, summarize, or structure the information.
For example:
- “Show me all the portfolios I have in Nexoya.”
- “Compare this quarter’s ROAS to last quarter’s, channel by channel.”
- “How did performance on Meta line up against actual sales in the same period?”
- “Create an executive-level report on our performance over the last 3 months.”
- “What does the latest optimization recommend for my Italian portfolio?”
What can you do with Nexoya MCP?
Explore your marketing performance
Ask questions about your portfolios, campaigns, channels, and performance data. Your AI assistant can help you break down the information and identify relevant insights.
Create reports and summaries
Turn your Nexoya data into the format you need, from a quick performance overview to an executive-level report.
For example:
“Summarize our performance over the last month and highlight the three most important changes.”
Compare performance
Ask your assistant to compare periods, channels, portfolios, or other relevant performance data.
“Compare our performance this quarter with the previous quarter.”
Explore attribution results
Request and read your regression-based attribution results from Nexoya.
Recommendations for better results
To get the most accurate and useful answers from your AI assistant, we recommend being as specific as possible when writing your prompts.
Be specific about what you want to analyze
Whenever possible, include the relevant context in your prompt, such as:
- Portfolio: Specify the portfolio name you want to analyze.
- Team: Include the relevant team if applicable.
- KPIs: Clearly state which metrics you want to compare or analyze.
- Date range: Specify the period you are interested in.
For example, instead of:
“How did my performance change?”
Try:
“Compare the ROAS of the Italian portfolio for Team X between January and March 2026 and the previous three months.”
The more context you provide, the easier it is for the AI assistant to understand exactly what you want and return a relevant answer. Specific prompts can also help reduce the risk of inaccurate or ambiguous results.
Access optimization proposals
Your AI assistant can access optimization proposals from Nexoya, allowing you to ask questions about recommendations and understand what Nexoya is proposing.
Important: MCP is currently read-only
The Nexoya MCP connector currently provides read-only access.
This means you can use your AI assistant to explore your Nexoya data and optimization proposals, but you cannot approve or apply optimizations through the AI assistant.
Optimizations still need to be reviewed and approved inside the Nexoya app.
Think of MCP as another window into your Nexoya data, not a replacement for Nexoya.

Using Nexoya in your AI assistant
Once Nexoya is connected, you can start asking questions about your Nexoya data.
Depending on the assistant and the context of your question, you may need to explicitly select or activate the Nexoya connector.
For example, try:
“Show me the portfolios available in Nexoya.”
Or:
“Give me a summary of our performance over the last 3 months.”
You can then continue the conversation with follow-up questions to explore the data in more detail.
For example:
“Which channel contributed most to the change?”
“Now compare that with the previous quarter.”
“Turn this into a short executive summary.”
The assistant can use the Nexoya data available through the connector to provide the requested analysis.
Available Nexoya MCP tools
The Nexoya MCP server provides a range of tools that your AI assistant can use to access Nexoya data and insights.
For the complete and up-to-date list, see the available MCP tools.
We’re continuously expanding the available tools and capabilities.
Security and access
When you connect Nexoya to an AI assistant, you authenticate using your Nexoya account.
The connector provides access to the Nexoya data and functionality available to your authenticated account. Your existing Nexoya permissions continue to apply.
The MCP connection is designed to give your AI assistant access to Nexoya information without giving it the ability to approve or apply optimizations.
Troubleshooting
I can’t find Nexoya in my AI assistant
Make sure you’re using a supported AI assistant and that the Nexoya connector is available in your region and account.
You can also try searching for “Nexoya” again in the connector or app directory.
I connected Nexoya, but my assistant can’t access my data
First, check that you’re logged in with the correct Nexoya account and that the connector is active.
If the issue persists, disconnect and reconnect Nexoya.
Can I approve optimizations through Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot?
Not currently.
The MCP connector is read-only, so optimization proposals can be viewed and discussed through your AI assistant, but they must still be reviewed and approved inside the Nexoya app.
Do I still need to use Nexoya?
Yes.
MCP is designed to extend Nexoya into your existing AI workflows. You can use your AI assistant to explore and work with your Nexoya data, while Nexoya remains the place to manage your marketing and review and approve optimizations.
