The Challenge: Optimizing in a Complex Ecosystem

The Prodigy marketing team was aiming for stronger performance uplift, but managing this within a complex and rapidly growing digital ecosystem was far from straightforward. The team had access to plenty of data, but reporting was fragmented across multiple channels – including Meta, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Pinterest, and Reddit. With numerous campaigns running in parallel, the complexity made it difficult to gain a holistic view of performance and clearly identify what was truly driving results.

Optimization required significant manual effort – from analyzing scattered reports to spending long hours in meetings deciding how to allocate budget effectively. This process slowed down decision-making and limited the team’s ability to act quickly on growth opportunities.

Key Challenges:

  • Fragmented reporting:  Multiple reports per channel created complexity and prevented a unified, end-to-end view of performance.
  • Data without clarity: While data was abundant, it often lacked actionable structure, making insights harder to extract.
  • Time-intensive optimization: Manual processes and lengthy discussions consumed valuable time that could have been spent on strategy and innovation.

Despite these hurdles, the Prodigy team recognized significant untapped potential. They knew that a smarter, AI-driven approach could help them unlock efficiencies, accelerate decision-making, and ultimately scale performance with greater agility.

First Steps: Smooth Onboarding and the Start of a Guided Transformation

When the Prodigy marketing team began working with Nexoya, their main goal was clear: drive automation and improve performance across their campaigns to increase conversions and registrations. Managing five major channels – Meta, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Pinterest, and Reddit (sometimes with high daily budget peaks) meant the team needed a streamlined approach that could handle complexity and scale efficiently.

Onboarding began in December 2024, right in the middle of the busy holiday season. Despite the timing, the process ran remarkably smoothly. Nexoya’s Customer Success Manager worked closely with the Prodigy team to understand their specific goals and tailored the portfolio setup around two key categories: Parents and Teachers. Integrations were quick and seamless, and from day one the team valued the hands-on, collaborative support that guided them through the process.

The Results: Significant Performance Uplift and a Unified Cross-Channel View

From Hours of Manual Work to Smart Automation

From the start, the Prodigy team experienced a fundamental shift in how they worked. By automating manual optimization tasks, they freed up valuable time to focus on more strategic priorities such as testing and planning.

Regular weekly sessions with Nexoya’s Customer Success Manager replaced lengthy internal alignment meetings, enabling the team to spot trends faster, make data-driven decisions, and allocate budgets with greater confidence.

The team especially valued the collaborative partnership and the transformative impact of the platform. Beyond measurable performance gains, Nexoya enabled smoother workflows and provided a unified view across all campaigns – empowering the team to see the bigger picture while managing numerous high-budget campaigns simultaneously.

“Using Nexoya allowed us to automate tasks that used to take hours each week. We can now focus on strategic testing and planning, and the results speak for themselves.”

One Unified View Across Five Channels

But the improvements weren’t limited to performance. With Nexoya, the team gained a holistic view of all five channels – Meta, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Pinterest, and Reddit – consolidating data that was previously scattered across multiple reports. This unified perspective made monitoring results, spotting trends, and measuring impact faster, easier, and more actionable than ever before.

“Having all our campaigns and data in one place, combined with expert support, completely changed the way we work. We can act faster, plan smarter, and continuously improve performance across channels.”
