Have a question about your portfolio or your latest optimization? Want a quick overview of what changed over the last 30 days?

With Nexoya Assistant, you can ask these questions – and many more – directly within your portfolio. Dive deeper into your performance results, get advice on which campaigns need your attention first, ask about your latest optimization, and more, all through an easy-to-use chat built right into the Nexoya platform.

How to access your Nexoya Assistant

  1. Log in to your Nexoya account.
  2. Select the relevant portfolio.
  3. Click the black chat icon “Ask Your Assistant” in the bottom-right corner to open Nexoya Assistant.

Note: Nexoya Assistant needs to be activated for your account. If you don’t see the chat icon, it hasn’t been activated yet. Once it’s activated, it becomes visible in every portfolio.

Tip: prefer dark mode? Toggle it using the switch in the top-right corner of the chat window.

How does it work?

Nexoya Assistant works on the same principle as the AI assistants you’re already using – a conversational chat where you can ask your questions naturally, in whichever language you prefer. English, German, Italian, and other major languages are all supported.

Not sure what to ask? Use one of the starter prompts you’ll see when you open the chat window.

And remember: the more precise your question, the better the answer.

How can the Nexoya Assistant help you?

Nexoya Assistant can help you get deeper insights into two major parts of the platform:

  • Performance insights
  • The latest optimization proposal

Performance insights

Ask about the current or past performance of your campaigns. Example questions:

  • Which campaigns show a positive vs. negative trend for CPA over the last 3 months?
  • Which campaigns had no ad spend last month?
  • Show me campaigns with a growing divergence between ad spend and performance.

Latest optimization proposal

Get explanations behind your latest optimization proposal. Example questions:

  • Which campaigns will see the largest budget shifts?
  • Show me all campaigns that are saturated or limited.
  • What’s the saturation of this campaign, and how has it changed over the last month?

Chat history

Nexoya Assistant keeps a history of your past chats. You can continue any previous conversation or start a new one – when you continue a chat, the assistant keeps the earlier context, so you can ask follow-up questions based on previous answers.

Your chat history is private to you – nobody else on your team can see or access your chats.

Extending the Knowledge of the Nexoya Assistant

Nexoya Assistant comes preloaded with information about the Nexoya platform, as well as general knowledge on performance marketing analytics and optimization.

You can extend Nexoya Assistant’s knowledge by uploading additional materials – such as details on your marketing funnel – in the “Knowledge” tab. Supported formats: PDF, DOCX, PPTX, and TXT.

Keep in mind that, unlike your chat history, this additional knowledge is shared with everyone on your team.

For example, you could upload documents that:

  • Explain your marketing funnel in more detail
  • Explain your general performance marketing setup in more detail
  • Provide specific context about your business ecosystem, as long as it is related to your marketing performance

Anything you upload becomes part of the context which Nexoya Assistant uses to answer your questions. The more relevant a document is to your marketing and advertising performance, the more useful it is. Unrelated material, on the other hand, can make answers vague or less on point, rather than better.

Once uploaded, your documents appear in a list, where you can also remove them.

Limitations

Keep in mind the following limitations of Nexoya Assistant:

  • It is restricted to information about the portfolio performance and optimization.
  • It has only access to the latest optimization proposal.
  • It has only read access to the current portfolio data.
  • It doesn’t have any cross-portfolio knowledge.
