Flavia Wagner and Philipp Meier strengthen the management. The founders Manuel Dietrich and Marco Hochstrasser are setting new priorities in the executive board.

Zurich/Berlin, 24. February 2022 – The marketing analytics start-up nexoya has been optimizing digital multi-channel marketing campaigns for its customers on the basis of artificial intelligence since 2018. Well-known companies use the SaaS platform, including Generali Switzerland, Swisscom, Jeep, Kardex, and CSS Insurance. Today, 23 people work for nexoya in Zurich and Berlin. In view of the upcoming financing round and the further solid growth, the management is reorganizing itself and strengthening the management team.

Philipp Meier and Flavia Wagner are new members of the management team. Since the beginning of the year, Philipp Meier has been responsible for the continuous development of the platform in the function of Head of Software Engineering with his team. As Head of Customer Experience, Flavia Wagner and her team are responsible for customer success and for the marketing of nexoya.

The relevance of nexoya for the market is also underlined by investor Thomas Dübendorfer, President of the Angel Investors Club SICTIC: “nexoya has entered the advertising market at an important turning point: Convergence, i.e. the merging of individual channels into an overarching marketing strategy, is becoming increasingly important. nexoya, with its holistic approach, is right on target here. And with the strengthened management, the team is also ready in terms of personnel to continue the expansion.”

New markets and partners insight

The expansion of the management level gives the founders Marco Hochstrasser and Manuel Dietrich the space to set priorities in their tasks and to increasingly focus on new markets and partners. Marco Hochstrasser, previously CTO, takes over the role as CEO to further develop the existing business and drive growth. Given the dynamic market environment and the successful cooperation with agencies to date, the previous CEO, Manuel Dietrich, will focus on partner development in the future. As Chief Business Development Officer, he will also be responsible for further developing new markets.
