E-Commerce Expo: Luca Faloni Solves the Attribution Dilemma in Digital Marketing with Nexoya’s AI-Based Co-Pilot

Using the fast-growing fashion brand as a real-world case, the masterclass will show advertisers how artificial intelligence can be used to improve attribution and optimize digital cross-channel campaigns. It will also demonstrate how this approach can deliver a return on investment of more than 300 percent by driving growth across both online and offline sales.

Zurich and Berlin, February 5, 2026 – Since 2018, Nexoya has been helping its clients analyze and optimize cross-channel digital marketing campaigns. At this year’s E-Commerce Berlin Expo, Germany’s largest B2B e-commerce event, the marketing analytics specialist will present new capabilities and features of its AI-powered platform using a real-world example. In a joint masterclass, Luca Faloni and Nexoya will demonstrate what can be achieved with AI-based attribution and optimization of digital advertising campaigns. Under the title “+300% ROI: From Attribution to Action, How Luca Faloni Uses AI to Drive More Effective Media Buying”, the session will share practical insights from Luca Faloni, a well-established retail brand with twelve physical stores and a strong online presence, on how artificial intelligence is used to support smarter, data-driven decision-making in digital marketing. The masterclass will take place on February 17, 2026, from 11:00 to 11:30 a.m., in Track M1 (Room Beta 2). Visitors can meet the Nexoya team at booth D16.

Together with Nexoya, Luca Faloni’s Chief Operating Officer Philipp Mensch will demonstrate how the true incremental impact of digital marketing on online and offline sales can be measured and attributed. Participants will learn how these insights subsequently made it possible to automatically manage forecasts and optimization decisions across SEA, paid social, and display channels. They will also learn how this approach can drive a return on investment of more than 300 percent.

Existing Attribution Models Are No Longer Sufficient

The evaluation of advertising measures, known as attribution, is today associated with significant uncertainty. Data protection regulations and technical limitations have led to a decline in measurable signals. As a result, performance marketing teams are missing critical data for analysis, optimization, and planning. In addition, cross-platform inconsistencies arise. Different providers such as Meta, TikTok, Google, or Adobe report divergent results. This makes it increasingly difficult for marketing teams to make well-founded decisions and allocate budgets efficiently.

The Solution: Regression Models with Automated AI-Based Budget Optimization

Stephan Lindau, Account Manager at Nexoya, explains: “Nexoya addresses this challenge with a modern, regression-based attribution solution. Historical campaign data across all channels is analyzed to make the impact of individual tactics on sales visible, without any use of personal tracking or pixels. The insights gained then flow directly into AI-based optimization and budget allocation.”

The result is a reliable decision-making foundation and a practical, data-driven approach to performance marketing optimization.

Marco Hochstrasser, Co-Founder and CEO of Nexoya, adds: “We do not simply offer advertisers an analytics solution. We provide a true co-pilot that attributes sales and delivers intelligent cross-channel recommendations that can be implemented directly in the system with a single click. This enables the Luca Faloni marketing team to manage its cross-channel campaigns with a clear data foundation and informed, forward-looking budget decisions, even in today’s rapidly changing advertising landscape.”

About Nexoya

The marketing analytics company Nexoya Ltd., based in Zurich, Berlin, and Milan, has been providing automated analyses for the digital marketing of medium-sized and large companies since 2018 – in a user-friendly and data protection-compliant manner. Based on machine learning, the SaaS platform “nexoya Marketing Analytics” optimizes multi-channel marketing campaigns: To do this, the solution aggregates key figures from various channels such as Google Ads, Meta, or LinkedIn, presents them clearly, and monitors the key figures. Based on the data collected and using artificial intelligence (predictive analytics), Nexoya then optimizes campaign budgets. The solution thus relieves marketing teams of routine operational tasks, simplifies automated, data-driven decisions, and reduces marketing costs by up to 30 percent. Nexoya only collects non-personalized data, which is stored in certified Swiss data centers. Its customers include well-known companies such as Yuh, Generali, Swisscom, and Zürcher Kantonalbank (ZKB) in Switzerland, Yello Strom, and bike-components in Germany, and Vodafone, Italo, Ita Airways, Facile, and Scholl in Italy. www.nexoya.com
