Include the relevant team if applicable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>KPIs:<\/strong> Clearly state which metrics you want to compare or analyze.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Date range:<\/strong> Specify the period you are interested in.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For example, instead of:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cHow did my performance change?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Try:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cCompare the ROAS of the Italian portfolio for Team X between January and March 2026 and the previous three months.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The more context you provide, the easier it is for the AI assistant to understand exactly what you want and return a relevant answer. <strong>Specific prompts can also help reduce the risk of inaccurate or ambiguous results.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"h-access-optimization-proposals\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Access optimization proposals<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your AI assistant can access optimization proposals from Nexoya, allowing you to ask questions about recommendations and understand what Nexoya is proposing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 id=\"h-important-mcp-is-currently-read-only\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Important: MCP is currently read-only<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Nexoya MCP connector currently provides <strong>read-only access<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This means you can use your AI assistant to explore your Nexoya data and optimization proposals, but you <strong>cannot approve or apply optimizations through the AI assistant<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Optimizations still need to be reviewed and approved inside the Nexoya app.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Think of MCP as <strong>another window into your Nexoya data<\/strong>, not a replacement for Nexoya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"h-how-to-connect-nexoya\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>How to connect Nexoya<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nexoya is currently available as a connector for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Claude<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ChatGPT<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Microsoft Copilot<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The exact steps depend on which AI assistant you use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Connect Nexoya to Claude<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Open Claude.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Go to <strong>Settings \u2192 Connectors<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Search for <strong>Nexoya<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select Nexoya and click <strong>Connect<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Log in using the same credentials you use for Nexoya.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Activate the connector for your Nexoya instance.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can also find Nexoya directly in<a ChatGPT<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Open ChatGPT.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Open the connector or plugin directory.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Search for <strong>Nexoya<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select Nexoya and choose <strong>Connect<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Log in using the same credentials you use for Nexoya.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Complete the <strong>Nexoya<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select Nexoya and choose <strong>Connect<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Log in using your Nexoya credentials.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Complete the connection and data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Depending on the assistant and the context of your question, you may need to explicitly select or activate the Nexoya connector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For example, try:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cShow me the portfolios available in Nexoya.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Or:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cGive me a summary of our performance over the last 3 months.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can then continue the conversation with follow-up questions to explore the data in more detail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For example:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cWhich channel contributed most to the change?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cNow compare that with the previous quarter.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cTurn this into a short executive summary.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The assistant can use the Nexoya data available through the connector to provide the requested analysis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"h-available-nexoya-mcp-tools\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Available Nexoya MCP tools<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Nexoya MCP server provides a range of tools that your AI assistant can use to access Nexoya data and insights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For the complete and up-to-date list, see the<a href=\"https:\/\/docs.nexoya.io\/guide\/mcp\/#available-tools\"> available MCP tools<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We&#8217;re continuously expanding the available tools and capabilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"h-security-and-access\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Security and access<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When you connect Nexoya to an AI assistant, you authenticate using your Nexoya account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The connector provides access to the Nexoya data and functionality available to your authenticated account. Your existing Nexoya permissions continue to apply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The MCP connection is designed to give your AI assistant access to Nexoya information without giving it the ability to approve or apply optimizations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"h-troubleshooting\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Troubleshooting<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>I can&#8217;t find Nexoya in my AI assistant<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Make sure you&#8217;re using a supported AI assistant and that the Nexoya connector is available in your region and account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can also try searching for <strong>\u201cNexoya\u201d<\/strong> again in the connector or app directory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>I connected Nexoya, but my assistant can&#8217;t access my data<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">First, check that you&#8217;re logged in with the correct Nexoya account and that the connector is active.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the issue persists, disconnect and reconnect Nexoya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Can I approve optimizations through Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Not currently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The MCP connector is <strong>read-only<\/strong>, so optimization proposals can be viewed and discussed through your AI assistant, but they must still be reviewed and approved inside the Nexoya app.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Do I still need to use Nexoya?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">MCP is designed to extend Nexoya into your existing AI workflows.
