You&#8217;ll guide them away from manual, spreadsheet-based processes toward a new, data- and AI-driven way of working. You&#8217;ll build strong relationships, provide advice, and ensure digital marketing teams exceed their performance goals with the power of our AI platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-tasks\"><strong>Tasks<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-your-responsibilities\"><strong>\ud83e\uddd1\u200d\ud83d\udcbb Your responsibilities<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Independently managing customer accounts (from onboarding, optimzation to renewal)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analyzing cross-channel performance data with the customer (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snap etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identifying optimization opportunities and actionable recommendation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Consulting our customers on performance marketing topics and best practices for AI implementation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Close collaboration with Account Managers to strategically develop customer accounts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Close collaboration with our Product &amp; ML teams to advance our platform<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-requirements\"><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-what-you-bring\"><strong>\ud83c\udfaf What you bring<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Several years of experience (&gt;3 years) in performance marketing (agency or advertiser side); first experience in a small company\/startup or scale-up is a plus<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong communication skills in German and a genuine enjoyment of client-facing work<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A proactive mindset and the drive to advise customers with high-quality solutions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Curiosity about AI and automation. You don&#8217;t need to be a builder, but you should be eager to use AI to work smarter.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Very strong analytical skills and confidence working with data.
