📈 YOUR MISSION

Win enterprise customers for Nexoya’s Italian market by convincing them of the added value of our software and guiding them through all phases of the sales process until closing.

The impact you’ll have:

  • Grow our enterprise customer base, which includes companies such as Vodafone, Generali, Swisscom, Benetton and Waterdrop, among others
  • Bring in your own initiatives to drive our Italian sales strategies.
  • Be responsible for cold calling, outreach, prospecting and discoveries with the aim of leading qualified demos
  • Start in the upper funnel and then develop to support the entire sales funnel
  • Maintain our CRM system and make sure it is up to date with valuable data

Your future work-life could be this:

  • Salary package: approx. 64,000 € – 75,000 € OTE; fixed salary: 35,000 € + 500 € pro Qualified Demo + 10 % ESOP Shares for seniors
  • Flexibility: Work in a hybrid model with (2 days / week on-site) and 30-60 days per year from your desired location.

Your experiences and skills:

  • You speak Italian at native speaker level and speak English fluently
  • Familiarity with tools such as Interseller, Sales Navigator, and Loom
  • B2B & SaaS: You know the ins and outs and the pitfalls, and are also keen to learn more about performance marketing
  • You have overcome the valley of tears in cold calling, and you are creative and experienced in dealing with sales processes
  • CRM knowledge & maintenance: Experience with systems such as Pipedrive, Salesforce or Hubspot – you know what information is important for the CRM
  • Your way of working is flexible, willing to learn, independent and structured
  • You can accept, give and implement feedback constructively
  • Your friends and colleagues describe you as someone who is ambitious and motivated by personal growth and success
