Let’s have a closer look at them.

1. Your team

This section provides information about your team members. You can easily share access to Nexoya with your colleagues by inviting them to the team. Simply enter their name and email address and they will receive an invitation via email with a link to sign up.

2. Notifications

The notifications section will show you any anomalies (abnormal behavior of your KPIs) that have been detected. A short message with this information will also be sent to your email address.

The Nexoya algorithm regularly monitors your KPIs and metrics for abnormal behavior or anomalies (e.g. a significant drop or increase in numbers). As soon as the algorithm detects an anomaly, you will get a notification within this box and via email.

3. Quick tip

The quick tip section provides you some useful tips on how to analyze your data and get the most out of it with Nexoya.

4. Campaigns

The Nexoya dashboard also provides you a brief overview of your currently active campaigns. In order to see them all click on the “View all” button.

This section helps you to get a quick overview of campaign performance and track the progress of these more efficiently. You can easily get more insights about the percentage of the result achieved, predicted outcome, campaign duration, and the amount of budget spent.

You can get more information about a specific campaign by simply clicking on it.

5. KPIs

This section shows you an overview of the KPIs and metrics that have been added to the dashboard by you, helping you to easily track the most important KPIs.

You can easily define the time frame which you want to analyze and get insights about the main trends and overall KPI behavior. The percentage below shows how a specific KPI changed during the chosen period.

How to add metrics and KPIs to the dashboard:

  1. Navigate to the Metrics section
  2. Select the metrics you want to see on the dashboard
  3. Mark them with the star
