Hier findest du eine \u00dcbersicht \u00fcber die ersten Schritte und wie wir unsere Kunden dabei unterst\u00fctzen, sich mit der Nexoya-Plattform vertraut zu machen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Kick-off<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>W\u00e4hrend des Kick-off Meetings werden du und dein Team offiziell in Nexoya eingef\u00fchrt. Jeder, der mit dem Performance-Marketing in Kontakt kommt, sollte bei diesem Meeting dabei sein. In erster Linie geht es um ein gegenseitiges Kennenlernen. Wir werden diese Zeit auch nutzen, um Details wie den Projektzeitplan, das Projektmanagement, die Erfolgsmessung und vieles mehr zu kl\u00e4ren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Verbinden deiner Kan\u00e4le mit Nexoya<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Du wirst eine Einladung zur Nexoya Plattform erhalten. Sobald du dich eingeloggt hast, kannst du auch schon deine Marketing-Tools und Kan\u00e4le integrieren. Es ist ganz einfach: Du musst nur den entsprechenden Kanal in Nexoya ausw\u00e4hlen und dich einmal in dein Anzeigenkonto auf diesem Kanal einloggen, um uns die Erlaubnis zu geben. Daf\u00fcr brauchst du nur:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Liste der von dir verwendeten Marketing-Tools und Kan\u00e4le<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zugangsdaten f\u00fcr deine Anzeigenkonten auf den verschiedenen Kan\u00e4len<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Du hast nicht alle Zugangsdaten? Kein Problem, lade die Personen mit den Zugangsdaten auf Nexoya ein und sie k\u00f6nnen dir bei der Verbindung helfen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hier ist die Liste unserer aktuellen Integrationen. Wenn du einen Kanal anbinden m\u00f6chtest, der nicht aufgelistet ist, k\u00f6nnen wir jederzeit mit individuellen Importen arbeiten. Technisches Onboarding<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Als N\u00e4chstes planen wir ein technisches Onboarding. Idealerweise nehmen 1 oder maximal 2 Personen an diesem Treffen teil, die sich mit dem Kampagnen Setup auskennen. Keine Sorge, du brauchst keine technischen IT-Kenntnisse. In dieser Sitzung f\u00fchrt dich dein pers\u00f6nlicher Customer Success Manager durch die wichtigsten Funktionen des Tools, startet mit der Einrichtung deines Portfolios und beantwortet alle Fragen, die du hast.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hier ist ein \u00dcberblick zu den Informationen, die wir w\u00e4hrend des Treffens gemeinsam besprechen werden:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Liste der Kampagnen, die Teil des Portfolios sind<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Geplantes Budget f\u00fcr die Kampagnen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Start- und Enddatum der Kampagne (falls sie nicht immer eingeschaltet sind &#8211; Always-On)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Name der Hauptmetrik \/ des Zielmetriken und wie diese getrackt werden (Kanal direkt, Google Analytics, Hubspot usw.)&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Diese Informationen helfen uns bei der Zusammenstellung des Portfolios. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Einrichtung und Check-in<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Nach dem Treffen werden wir alleine dein Portfolio erstellen. Sobald es eingerichtet ist, treffen wir uns zum Check-in, um es mit dir durchzugehen. Das Hauptziel dieses Termins ist, dass wir die Optimierungen starten k\u00f6nnen. Dazu m\u00fcssen wir sicherstellen, dass alle Kampagnen richtig angelegt und alle offenen Fragen gekl\u00e4rt sind. Daneben stellen wir sicher, dass die Conversions korrekt hinterlegt und das keine Kampagnen fehlen. Nach deiner Freigabe geht es dann los.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Mit der Optimierung beginnen&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Es kann losgehen!&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Abh\u00e4ngig von den gew\u00e4hlten Optimierungszyklen triffst du deinen Customer Success Manager. Ihr besprecht die anstehende Optimierung, validiert die Ergebnisse des vergangenen Zeitraums und feiert gemeinsam die Erfolge. \ud83c\udf7e<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Optimierungsvorschl\u00e4ge werden dir vorgestellt und von dir im Tool \u00fcberpr\u00fcft. Bist du mit den Vorschl\u00e4gen einverstanden, kannst du sie via Knopfdruck best\u00e4tigen. Jeder Vorschlag muss zun\u00e4chst best\u00e4tigt werden, bevor das Budget auf den jeweiligen Kan\u00e4len angepasst wird.
