Enable performance marketing teams around the world to change the way they work today, from a manual Excel-based budgeting approach to a fully data-driven, artificial intelligence-based, and automated way. You are the expert, providing strategic guidance and helping execute strategies to drive their success to a new level.

The impact you’ll have:

  • Be the driving force behind customer satisfaction, acting as the main point of contact and advocate for their success.
  • Establish strong customer relationships through personalized consultations, expert advice, and customized strategies.
  • Lead the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a smooth and effective process.
  • Monitor and analyze our customer’s key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Use data-driven insights to make recommendations for operational improvements.
  • Troubleshoot issues and proactively identify opportunities for performance optimization to empower our customer’s success.
  • Collect feedback to understand customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.

Job requirements

Your experiences and skills:

  • At least 5 years of proven experience as Digital/Performance Marketing Manager or Consultant, preferably in a Media Agency.
  • Demonstrated interest in startup culture and familiarity with agile frameworks.
  • Demonstrated experience managing large budget investments on main digital channels (Google Ads, Meta, Campaign Manager etc.)
  • Exceptional customer relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively use software, explain its features, and leverage its capabilities to solve clients‘
  • problems.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and advanced ability to structure and prioritize work efficiently.
  • Experience collaborating effectively with product and sales teams is a plus.
  • Business fluent in Italian and English (German is a plus).
