Empowering marketers to make data-driven decisions with transparency, independence and the power of artificial intelligence (AI).


Enable performance marketing teams around the world, to change the way they work today – from a manual excel based budgeting approach to a fully data-driven, artificial intelligence and automated way. You are the expert and provide strategic guidance and help execute strategies to drive their success on a new level.

  • Be the driving force behind customer satisfaction, serving as the primary point of contact and advocate for success
  • Establish strong customer relationships through personalized consultations, expert advice, and tailored strategies
  • Shape the product vision and drive improvements by gathering customer feedback and monitoring churn
  • Troubleshoot issues and proactively identify opportunities for performance optimization to empower our customers to succeed

Job requirements

🤝 Your experiences and skills:

  • 2+ years experience in Customer Success or Performance Marketing
  • Experience in customer interactions (B2B)
  • Strong affinity for data-driven work, automated processes, logical thinking and quick comprehension skill
  • A proactive mindset and strive to advise our customers with high-quality solutions
  • Experience in various marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, Google Analytics, etc.) and a strong understanding of digital marketing analytics
  • Fluent in German and English
