Your mission as a Sales Manager is to drive our AI-powered solutions into the hands of suitable customers, orchestrating full sales cycles, closing pivotal deals, and propelling our company towards success in the realm of data-driven marketing within the Italian market.

  • From initial prospecting to engaging cold calls, in-depth discoveries, and captivating product demonstrations, you will oversee the entire sales cycle, refining your skills in every aspect
  • You will work closely with and directly report to our CSO Alen, benefiting from his expertise and mentorship as you contribute to our sales strategies
  • Take charge of our presence in the Italian market, cultivating relationships, grasping its nuances, and deploying tailored strategies for meaningful growth
  • Play a pivotal role in shaping and fine-tuning sales processes, contributing to our continuous improvement and innovation
  • Empower digital marketers through AI-driven automation, minimizing manual errors in campaign adjustments, and markedly enhancing their performance

Job requirements

🤝 Your experiences and skills:

  • Minimum two years of full-cycle sales experience, including prospecting, cold-calling, demos, and deal closure in the B2B SaaS domain, backed by proven success
  • Advanced/proficient command of both Italian and English
  • Strong communication skills, combined with honesty, transparency, and coachability, ensuring seamless collaboration and a commitment to continuous improvement
  • Demonstrated understanding of enterprise environments and the Italian market, enhancing the ability to address client needs effectively
