Derive effective growth strategies and establish customer satisfaction by building and nurturing sustainable, trusting relationships with our customers and internal teams.

The impact you’ll have:

  • Become an integral part of the Customer Success & Account Management team in Zürich, collaborating closely with Product and Sales to drive cross-functional initiatives.
  • Build and maintain high-value, trusted business relationships with enterprise clients and key decision-makers.
  • Lead strategic account management efforts aimed at expanding accounts, maximizing client retention and reducing churn.
  • Proactively support clients and handle escalations in partnership with the Customer Success team.
  • Champion client renewals and activations in coordination with the Sales team.
  • Occasionally travel across Germany, Switzerland and Italy to engage with customers, attend events, and support the team. 

Your experiences and skills:

  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills, native or bilingual proficiency in German and English; Italian is a plus.
  • Proven track record in Account Management with B2B Enterprise clients in the DACH region and/or Europe.
  • Ability to manage client relationships within complex organisational hierarchies.
  • Advanced commercial awareness as well as emotional intelligence.
  • Resilient, empathetic, and possessing an entrepreneurial problem-solving mindset, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
